85. RESOLUTION FOR ARROYO NORTE UNITS 5, 6, AND 7 STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a Resolution approving the type of lights and rate for the Arroyo Norte Units 5, 6, and 7 Street Lighting Improvement District and declaring intention to enter into contract for purchase of energy, and then appoint the Superintendent of Streets as District Engineer. The Arroyo Norte Units 5, 6, and 7 Street Lighting Improvement District was organized by the Board of Supervisors on February 3, 2016. The District’s purpose is to purchase energy for the lighting of public streets and parks within the area. The District is located in the vicinity of I-17 and Circle Mountain Road.
