53. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-280 Set a hearing for April 20, 2016 to adopt Resolution AB-280 to abandon subdivision roads easements which were dedicated to the public by means of subdivision plats, recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in “White Tanks Vista No. 2”, Book 76 of maps, Page 44 and in “White Tanks Vista”, Book 72 of Maps, Page 11. This abandonment request lies within Flood Control District’s Buckeye FRS project. The abandonment also lies in subdivisions which were acquired for flood control purposes. The roads in the subdivisions were not abandoned and still remained. The District wishes to remove the encumbrance of the easements for roadway within the boundary of its flood control project. General Vicinity: 255th Avenue and Tonopah – Salome Highway. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-16-086-M-00)
