91. DECLARE PROPERTY EXCESS AND APPROVE RE-CONVEYANCE TO ROOSEVELT WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT Declare approximately 4.36 acres of vacant land identified as parcels APN 304-55-008C and APN 304-55-008D as excess property; and pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251(9) approve the re-conveyance of the subject property to Roosevelt Water Conservation District (RWCD) without public auction; and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents associated with this re-conveyance. The subject property consists of two separated parcels near Lindsay Road and Loop 202. The subject property was acquired by Warranty Deed from RWCD in 1995 (Recorded Instrument No. 95-0562449) as part of a larger property acquisition from RWCD by the County for MCDOT’s Lindsey Road project (Germann Road to Williams Field Road). The Lindsey Road project is complete and the subject property is no longer required for MCDOT purposes. As consideration for the re-conveyance of the subject property, RWCD will reimburse the County the property’s appraised current market value of $585,000. Supervisorial District 1.
