62. EXCESS LAND SALE Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251, the Maricopa County Department of Transportation requests the Board of Supervisors declare as excess one (1) property, by unanimous consent, as described below, at public auction, or in the event of a sale to a municipality, at market value without an auction to reduce Department liability and maintenance, and generate revenue for future projects. The value of the property will be determined by a certified licensed appraiser. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the Board for acceptance and signature after auction. The City of Peoria has requested the purchase of a parcel which is located East of Lake Pleasant Parkway and North of Pinnacle Peak Road and is approximately 12,917.26 sq-ft, or .297 acres. It is a remnant from MCDOT’s 99th Avenue Project. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-16-101-M-00)
