75. WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND SMALL CELL LICENSE AGREEMENT Approve the Verizon Wireless Telecommunications System & Small Cell License agreement to ensure a standardized contract between Maricopa County and Verizon Wireless. With the tremendous growth of available mobile data traffic there is now an increased public need for localized coverage. An updated agreement has been drafted to ensure the location and types of these facilities/equipment are coordinated, reviewed and approved appropriately within the Maricopa County Right-of-Way.
