72. BID AND AWARD FOR ASPHALT RUBBER OVERLAY, FY17 Approve the solicitation of bids for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Asphalt Rubber Overlay, FY17 Work Order Number TT478. Award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. This project consists of edge milling and overlaying the existing road surfaces with Asphalt Rubber Concrete Pavement. Replacement or installation of Pavement delineation and other miscellaneous work items are required to complete the project. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-16-122-5-00)
