87. CONTRACT WITH PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF, INC. FOR ON CALL FEDERAL-AID CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve Contract No. 2015-006 with Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. (PB) for On-Call Construction Administration Services on projects receiving federal-aid funds. This contract shall be effective for one (1) year with two (2) one-year renewal options, or until the expenditure of $2,000,000.00, whichever occurs first. Services for this contract are for the administration of Federal Aid highway construction projects for the MCDOT. Inclusive in these services are for providing a Resident Engineer, staffing for Inspection of progress and final work, compliance with all federal aid requirements for reporting, documentation, and monitoring, among other federal program requirements, and for coordinating with MCDOT forces for construction staking and materials sampling and testing. The advertising, terms of contract, and selection procedures were in accordance with federal requirements making the County eligible to receive federal aid funds for work assignments.
