85. BID AND AWARD FOR FY2017 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT: PAVING WEST ARTERIALS Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's FY2017 - Paving West Arterials, Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project, Sub-Project T546.
