76. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON 128TH AVENUE Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on 128th Avenue from Marble Drive to 1315 feet south of Marble Drive (both sides). (This rescinds the No Parking Anytime Zone dated April 16, 1984 and the No Parking 6 A.M. – 6 P.M. Sat – Sun Only Zone dated June 1, 1992.) This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
