80. GRANT FUND RECONCILIATION FOR FY2015-2016 Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106, approve appropriation adjustment(s) resulting in a net increase to revenue and expenditures of $232,738 in the FY2015-2016 Transportation (641) Grants Fund (223) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) budget. Approval of this item will result in an overall grant funds appropriation of $554,717 for revenues and expenditures in the Transportation (641) Grants Fund (223) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) budget for FY 2015-16. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of these revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. This request does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Transportation submits an annual list of grants and grant fund contracts with its budget submission in January or February of the preceding fiscal year. Each fiscal year a reconciliation and appropriation adjustment is prepared to align planned awards and contracts with actual award and contract amounts. A reconciliation worksheet reflecting detailed YTD and forecasted grant funding is attached. (C-64-16-147-G-00)
