A-2. ASSIGNMENT OF PROPERTY RIGHTS IN MARICOPA COUNTY V. CALMAT CO, ET AL., CV2014-010458 Approve Assignment of Property Rights in Maricopa County v. CalMat Co, et al., CV2014-010458. Authorize execution of an Assignment of Property Rights from Maricopa County to the City of Phoenix, in a form to be approved by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, transferring and assigning all of the property rights obtained by Maricopa County pursuant to that certain Order of Immediate Possession granted by the Maricopa County Superior Court in Maricopa County v. CalMat Co., et al., CV2014-010458, and recorded at document number 2014-0769843 on November 14, 2014. This item was heard in Executive Session on June 20, 2016. (C-64-16-148-M-00)
