81. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-290 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-290 to abandon certain streets in the vicinity of Johnson Road and Van Buren Street by extinguishing the easements which were conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Subdivision Plat Maps for West Phoenix Estates 10, 11 & 12 as recorded in Book 133 of Maps, Page 4, Book 137 of Maps, Page 29 and Book 137 of Maps, Page 30 On September 25, 1970 and on April 19, 1971. Request has been made by the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, the property owner. The proposed abandonments lie within the Flood Control District’s Buckeye FRS No. 1. No objections from technical review or from posting of the proposed abandonment has been received. (General Vicinity: Johnson Road and Van Buren Street.
