NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON 135TH AVENUE Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on 135th Avenue from Ocotillo Road to 240 feet north of Ocotillo Road (east side only). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
