CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON 19TH AVENUE Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on 19th Avenue from Joy Ranch Road to Desert Hills Drive. (This rescinds the 50 MPH speed limit zone dated December 7, 1992). This agenda item is the result of a request from the residents to lower the speed limit on 19th Avenue to match the other arterials in the New River and Desert Hills area.
