54. CHANGE ORDER TO CONTRACT WITH KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR MC 85 Approve Change Order No. 4 for $328,264 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Contract 2013-043 for additional design services for MC 85, 107th Ave to 75th Ave. Additional design services and extended design period are required due to design changes resulting from utility coordination and developer coordination. This project will widen MC 85 between 107th Ave and 75th Ave from two lanes in each direction to two lanes in each direction and a median lane, and full build out of the intersections at 107th Ave, 99th Ave, 91st Ave, and 83rd Ave. The project will also improve striping, signage, signals and drainage.
