74. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF DECATUR STREET ROADWAY MAINTENANCE & RESOURCES STORAGE SITE Approve resolution authorizing the acquisition from the State of Arizona by and through its Department of Transportation (ADOT) of a site located on the north side of Decatur Street between Ellsworth Road and the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway. Funds are budgeted in the Department of Transportation Operating budget, fund 232, for the acquisition of said land. Maricopa County Department of Transportation has determined a need for the establishment of a roadway maintenance storage site located on the north side of Decatur Street between Ellsworth Road and the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway. The establishment of said roadway maintenance storage site will enhance a delivery time of needed maintenance resources to the roadways maintained by Maricopa County in the east valley. Said site is approximately 1+ acres of excess land owned by the State of Arizona by and through its Department of Transportation (ADOT). Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-17-015-M-00)
