70. CONTRACT WITH CONSULTANT ENGINEERING, INC. FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve Contract No. 2016-012 with Consultant Engineering, Inc. (CEI) for On-Call Construction Administration Services on projects that are not receiving federal-aid funds. This contract shall be effective for three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days with four (4) one-year renewal options, or until the expenditure of $2,000,000, whichever occurs first. Services for this contract are for administration, management and inspection of construction projects for the MCDOT that do not receive any federal funding. Inclusive in these services are providing a Resident Engineer, staffing for Project Supervision, Inspection of progress and final work, Materials Sampling and Testing or coordinating these services with MCDOT, and Construction Staking or coordination thereof, all as detailed in the contract scope of work and itemized in each individual work assignment.
