74. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON EDGEWOOD AVENUE Approve new traffic controls (Stop Signs) on unincorporated right of way at the following location. 1. A TWO-WAY STOP on Edgewood Avenue at Evangeline Avenue for North and Southbound traffic. This traffic control change is the result of an engineering study being conducted to identify locations on county roadways in need of a stop sign to improve safety.
