SALT RIVER PROJECT (SRP) ELECTRICAL EASEMENT Approve and execute an Easement for Electrical Transmission and Distribution from Maricopa County to the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP). As part of Maricopa County Department of Transportation Project Number TT0345 – MC85 (95th Ave. to 75th Ave.) it is necessary to establish an SRP easement for electrical power transmission and distribution within existing Maricopa County right of way. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-17-050-M-00)

SALT RIVER PROJECT (SRP) ELECTRICAL EASEMENT Approve an administrative correction to the action taken on November 16, 2016 per Agenda Item: C-64-17-050-M-00 regarding an Easement for Electrical Transmission and Distribution to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District. The purpose of this administrative correction is to correct an error in the Legal Description of the Easement. The Easement was signed by both parties.
