BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Approve an amendment to the current FY2017-2021 five-year Transportation Improvement Program in the Department of Transportation (D640) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234), Year 1 (FY2016-2017) by reallocating the capital revenue budget as follows: Increase the budgeted revenue appropriation for Transportation System Management (TMAN) by $3,479,348 for a new FY 2017 total of $3,479,348. Decrease the revenue appropriation for Intelligent Transportation Systems ITS Projects (INTL) by $3,479,348 for a new FY 2017 total of $0.
