BID AND AWARD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT YUMA ROAD AND JACKRABBIT TRAIL Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s construction of the intersection improvements at Yuma Road and Jacktrabbit Trail including asphalt concrete pavement, traffic signals, new striping and signing. Award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) Transportation System Management (TMAN) Project, Sub-Project TT0487.
