RESCIND PRIMITIVE ROAD DESIGNATION FOR OLD STAGE ROAD FROM BLACK CANYON HIGHWAY FRONTAGE ROAD TO 36TH AVENUE Rescind the action taken by the Board on May 17, 1995 whereby the Board designated unincorporated right-of-way at Old Stage Road from Interstate 17 Frontage Road (Black Canyon Highway) to 36th Avenue as a primitive road. The action above is proposed because this section of Old Stage Road was opened and declared by the Board of Supervisors on September 3, 1985, Road File 4044. This road segment of Old Stage Road from Interstate 17 Frontage Road (Black Canyon Highway) to 36th Avenue shall be maintained as a County highway. Supervisory District No. 3 (C-64-17-080-M-00)
