58. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON MARY STREET Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. A NO PARKING 6 PM TO 6 AM TOW AWAY ZONE on Mary Street from Gilbert Drive to Curry Road. (Both sides). 2. A NO PARKING 6 PM TO 6 AM TOW AWAY ZONE on Gilbert Drive from 540 feet east of Scottsdale Road to 1440 feet east of Mary Street.. (Both sides). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted in response to concerns raised by the community at a meeting hosted by Chairman Denny Barney. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
