BID AND AWARD FOR MILL & RUBBERIZED ASPHALTIC CONCRETE OVERLAY Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's Asphalt-Rubber Mill & Resurface, Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project. Award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) System Preservation and Reconstruction (SPAR) Project, Sub-Project TT0564. The project's road list and area map are available upon request. Roads included are Van Buren St, between 299th Avenue and Sun Valley Parkway, Rainbow Valley Road, between Ray Road and Elliot Road, and Broadway Road between Dean Road and Perryville Road.
