33. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON RAINBOW ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (Four Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way north/south Stop) at Maricopa County Route 85 and Rainbow Road. 2. An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way north/south Stop) at Maricopa County Route 85 and Verrado Way. This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT.
