34. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON CLOUD ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Cloud Road from 15th Avenue to 7th Street. (This rescinds the 50 MPH speed limit zones dated June 19, 1989 and August 14, 1989). 2. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Cloud Road from 16th Street to 28th Street. (This rescinds the 50 MPH speed limit zones dated November 6, 1989 and September 17, 1990). This agenda item is the result of a request from the residents to lower the speed limit on Cloud Road to match the other arterials in the New River and Desert Hills area.
