35. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON PATTON ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. A 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 55 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Patton Road from 299th Avenue to 1.5 miles east of 299th Avenue. 2. A 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 55 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Patton Road from 3.0 miles east of 299th Avenue to 235th Avenue. 3. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 55 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Patton Road from 235th Avenue east to 211th Avenue. (This rescinds the 55 MPH speed limit zone dated January 07, 1991). 4. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Patton Road from 0.05 miles west of 203rd Avenue Bypass to 207th Avenue. (This rescinds the 35 MPH speed limit zone dated January 07, 1991). 5. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Patton Road from 207th Avenue to 203rd Avenue. (This rescinds the 35 MPH speed limit zone dated March 15, 1982). These traffic control changes are the result of an Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents to lower the posted speed limits on Patton Road.
