BID AND AWARD FOR NEW RIVER AREA: LOW VOLUME ROAD PAVING PROJECT, PHASE 2 Approve for the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s construction project of paving 1.40 miles of roadway to mitigate dust pollution on 3rd Avenue and 7th Avenue. The proposed project will pave 1.40 miles of roadway to mitigate dust pollution on two (2) gravel roadway segments: 3rd Avenue from Honda Bow Road to 840’ north of Leann Road (4140 lf) and 7th Avenue from Honda Bow Road to 50’ south of Leann Road (3253 lf).
