IGA WITH CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK AND CITY OF GLENDALE FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO CAMELBACK DRAINAGE CHANNEL Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County, City of Litchfield Park, and City of Glendale for Improvements to Camelback Drainage Channel from Litchfield Road to 134th Lane. Under the Intergovernmental Agreement, the agencies clarify maintenance responsibilities of Camelback Drainage Channel. (C-64-17-130-M-00) Evergreen Development will construct Litchfield Marketplace on the northeast corner of Litchfield Road and Camelback Road. The project will include improvements to Camelback Drainage Channel. Based on the terms in the Agreement, the County shall continue to own and maintain Camelback Drainage Channel downstream (east) of 134th Lane. Litchfield Park shall accept full maintenance responsibility for Camelback Drainage Channel between Litchfield Road and 134th Lane. Glendale authorizes Litchfield Park to enter upon and maintain the portion of Camelback Drainage Channel located within jurisdictional boundaries of Glendale. Supervisory District No. 4
