100. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON SOUTHERN AVENUE Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: 1. A 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Southern Avenue from 75th Avenue to 0.25 miles east of 75th Avenue. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Southern Avenue from 0.25 miles east of 75th Avenue to 67th Avenue. (This partially rescinds the 50 MPH speed limit zone dated December 31, 1973). 3. A 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Southern Avenue from 67th Avenue to 0.30 miles west of 59th Avenue. (This partially rescinds the 50 MPH speed limit zone dated December 31, 1973). 4. A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Southern Avenue from 0.30 miles west of 59th Avenue to 59th Avenue.
