110. EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL CONTAINED IN MOBILITY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. CONTRACT Authorize the Transportation Department Director to exercise the right of first refusal contained in the contract between Maricopa County and Mobility Technologies, Inc. to acquire, at no cost to the County, the traffic detection sensors equipment installed pursuant to the contract. Paragraph 21, Disposition of Equipment of the contract (copy attached) gives the County the right of first refusal to acquire the traffic detection sensors equipment installed in County right-of-way under the terms of the contract at fair market value. Upon request by the County, Mobility Technologies, Inc., now known as Traffic.com, LLC, will transfer ownership of the equipment at no cost to the County. Acceptance of ownership of the equipment will allow the County to utilize it in the future for traffic management. Supervisory District No. All (C-64-18-004-M-00)
