BID AND AWARD FOR PROJECT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT: SALOME AT WINTERSBURG SIGNAL UPGRADE Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Project Traffic Management (TMAN), Sub-project TT0537 Salome at Wintersburg Signal Upgrade, and approve the award of the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) Traffic Management (TMAN), Sub-Project TT0537.
