AB-300 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, adopt Resolution AB-300 to abandon a portion of Elliot Road in the vicinity of Elliot Road and 399th Avenue, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Warranty Deed on August 31, 2011 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as 2011-0728435. Application to abandon the County road easement has been made by the property owner. No objections from request for comments have been received and the Department of Transportation has determined that the easement is not needed for a current or future roadway.
