AB-298 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, adopt Resolution AB-298 to abandon a portion of Elliot Road in the vicinity of Elliot Road West of 419th Avenue, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Warranty Deed on August 7, 2015 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as 2015-0572963.
