56. FEDERAL CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR FINAL DESIGN SERVICES Approve Federal Consultant Services Contract No. 2017-020, with Stanley Consultants, Inc., to perform final design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project Number TT0427 Northern Parkway Dysart Overpass, for a sum not-to-exceed $818,531. The contract completion date shall be 400 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Funds are budgeted in Transportation Improvement Program MAG ALCP Projects, Sub-Project TT0427. The project will provide an overpass for new mainline lanes of Northern Parkway to cross over Dysart Road, resulting in a continuous traffic flow provided on Northern Parkway to just west of El Mirage Road. The project includes PCCP pavement, bridges, drainage items, lighting, signing, and pavement marking. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-18-020-5-00)
