BID AND AWARD FOR PAVEMENT PRESERVATION OF BASELINE ROAD: SALOME HIGHWAY TO SR 85 Approve for the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s pavement preservation project titled TT0567 Baseline Road. Award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest bid does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten (10%) percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Maricopa County Transportation Department (D640) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) System Preservation and Reconstruction (SPAR), Sub-Project TT0567. The proposed project will place 1 inch of asphalt rubber and 1 inch of hot-in-place recycled pavement upon Baseline Road from 160’ East of Salome Highway to 460’ West of SR85, within District 4 of Maricopa County.
