AB-302 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, adopt Resolution AB-302 to abandon a portion of 411th Avenue in the vicinity of 411th Avenue and Elliot Road, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Warranty Deed on August 7, 2015 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as 2015-0572963.
