60. POWER DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT OF SALT RIVER PROJECT AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND POWER DISTRICT ON RIGGS ROAD Approve and execute a Power Distribution Easement to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) for the relocation and undergrounding of electrical lines along Riggs Road between Recker Road and Power Road. The widening of Riggs Road between Recker Road and Power Road necessitates the relocation of the SRP overhead power lines using the SRP Aesthetic Funds Program. The current lines are within the proposed right of way on the north side of Riggs Road. Using aesthetic funding the Powerlines are being relocated to the south side of Riggs Road and are being installed underground. As this is a relocation from the north side to the south side of Riggs Road, a new Power Distribution Easement is being issued to SRP for the placement of the lines.
