133. ROAD ABANDONMENT: ROAD FILE NO. AB-304 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-304 to abandon a portion of McKellips Road in the vicinity of Crismon Road and Signal Butte Road by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement on December 13, 1957 and on March 31, 1967 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 2348, page 566 and Docket 6504, page 253 respectively. Extinguish a portion of the easements at the request of the Maricopa County Department of Transportation because it no longer serves a public necessity and the adjacent properties are served via other access. (General Vicinity of McKellips Road between Crismon Road and Signal Butte Road and known as Assessor parcel 220-02-004U, 102, 103, and 220-03-009E, 027E, 008M, 008P, 040, 041, 048D, 048F, 048E, 049 and 031A.
