CONTRACT WITH SUNLAND ASPHALT FOR FY2018 LOCALS AND COLLECTORS PAVEMENT REHABILITATION Approve Contract 2017-043 with Sunland Asphalt for FY2018 Locals and Collectors Pavement Rehabilitation, on various county roadways, in the amount not to exceed $3,775,000. This bid amount is 10.8% above the engineers estimate. The reason for the increase in the project cost is the adjustment to the unit price for asphalt concrete. Funds are budgeted in Transportation Improvement Program, Sub-Project TT0566. This project consists of approximately 17 lane miles (160,000 square yards).
