DECLARE NORTHERN PARKWAY PHASE 1 AS EXCESS PROPERTY Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251, the Maricopa County Department of Transportation requests the Board of Supervisors declare as excess one (1) property, as described below, to be offered for sale at public auction, or in the event of a sale to a municipality, at market value without an auction to reduce Department liability and maintenance, and generate revenue for future projects. The value of the property will be determined by a certified licensed appraiser. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the Board for acceptance and signature after auction. The parcel is located between Litchfield and Dysart Roads north of Northern Parkway and is approximately 6.3 acres. It is a remnant from MCDOT’s Northern Parkway Phase 1 project. It is Assessor parcel 501-47-001E, zoned RU-43 Maricopa County. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-18-075-M-00)

ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION: NORTHERN PARKWAY, PHASE 1 Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251, the Maricopa County Department of Transportation requests the Board of Supervisors declare as excess one (1) property, as described below, to be offered for sale at public auction at market value to reduce Department liability and maintenance, and generate revenue for future projects. The value of the property will be determined by a certified licensed appraiser. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the board for acceptance and signature after auction. The parcel is located between Litchfield and Dysart Roads north of W. Northern Parkway, is Assessor’s Parcel No. 501-47-001F and is a portion of MCDOT Item No. D-22283-EX. The remaining portion of Item No. D-22283-EX (501-47-001E) was declared excess January 17, 2018 via Item No. C-64-18-075-M-00. Both parcels are remnants from the Northern Parkway Phase 1 project and will be sold together as a whole. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-18-075-M-01)
