81. FEDERAL CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH T. Y. LIN INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR FINAL DESIGN SERVICES ON NORTHERN PARKWAY: EL MIRAGE OVERPASS Approve Federal Consultant Services Contract No. 2017-035, with T.Y. Lin International, Inc., to perform final design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project Number TT0499 Northern Parkway El Mirage Overpass, for a sum not-to-exceed $1,227,621. The contract completion date shall be 1300 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Funds are budgeted in Transportation Improvement Program MAG ALCP Projects, Sub-Project TT0499. The project will provide an overpass for new mainline lanes of Northern Parkway to cross over El Mirage Road, resulting in a continuous traffic flow provided on Northern Parkway to east of the Agua Fria River. The project includes PCCP pavement, bridges, drainage items, lighting, signing, and pavement marking. The consultant will combine the bid documents for this project with the Dysart Overpass project documents for a single construction solicitation.
