AB-309 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-309 to abandon a portion of 7th Avenue alignment in the vicinity of Quartz Rock Road alignment by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on May 2, 1980 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 14394, page 22.
