77. CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH TRISTAR ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve the Consultant Services Contract No. 2017-030 with Tristar Engineering & Management, Inc. in the amount not-to-exceed $951,605.91 for Construction Administration Services. Funds are budgeted in Transportation Improvement Program MAG ALCP Projects, Sub-Project TT0497, Olive Avenue: Citrus Road to Cotton Lane. This contract shall be effective for two hundred and forty (240) calendar days after the receipt of notice to proceed. The work consists of roadway widening and storm sewer installation including removals, grading, retention basins, roadside channels, asphalt concrete paving, asphalt rubber overlay, aggregate base course, curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete scuppers, concrete driveways, concrete box culvert construction, traffic signal, traffic signing, pavement marking, and traffic control.
