AB-311 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-311 to abandon a portion of the 42nd Street alignment in the vicinity of Dynamite Boulevard by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on April 14, 2005 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument no. 2005-0473361. Abandon a portion of the road at the request of the property owner.
