IGA WITH FORT MCDOWELL YAVAPAI NATION FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SIGNAL FLASHERS Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County’s Department of Transportation and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation for the installation and maintenance of Signal Flashers located at 10755 North Fort McDowell Road (Public Safety Building). Funds are budgeted in FY2018, Transportation Department (640) Transportation Operations Fund (232) for Partnership (PSUP) Project, sub-project TE005. The estimated total cost for the project is $41,871.The Nation’s estimated cost share contribution is $18,000. The installation of signal flashers 10755 North Fort McDowell Road has been requested by the Fire and Police Departments and deemed appropriate by the County’s Traffic Management staff. The County will act as the lead agency for this project, and will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the signal flashers. The Nation will contribute $18,000, which is estimated to be 43% of the material costs. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-18-104-M-00)
