RESOLUTION TO RESCIND AND REPLACE RESOLUTION FOR MARICOPA COUNTY PARK ROAD DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE Adopt a Resolution to rescind and replace the February 21, 1984 Resolution for Maricopa County Park Road Design, Construction and Maintenance. This Resolution rescinds and replaces the February 21, 1984 resolution addressing this issue and provides that all roadways within the County Parks’ boundaries that are provided for public use and identified as Class I, II, III, and IV roadways will be designed constructed and maintained by Maricopa County Department of Transportation in accordance with Standards for Maricopa County Park’s Roadway System, 2017, as amended.
