39. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Approve an amendment to the Department of Transportation (D640) FY 2018 – 2022 five-year Transportation Improvement Program (Fund 234), Year 1 (FY 2017 – 2018) by decreasing the capital expenditure budget for the Transportation System Management (TMAN) Project by $12,000,000 and increasing the System Preservation and Reconstruction (SPAR) Project by the same amount. Supervisor Districts No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 For fiscal year 2017-2018 the Board of Supervisors approved the Department of Transportation capital budget of $131,756,231 with the condition that any movement of budget funds between projects must be approved by the Board. The requested adjustment is necessary to realign project budgets to provide funding to more closely match the year-end projected expenditure amounts. These adjustments result in a net impact of zero and do not change the duly adopted budget as approved by the Board of Supervisors. (C-64-18-120-M-00)
