IGA WITH THE GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY FOR STREET LIGHTING Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the Gila River Indian Community (Community) for Improvements to 51st Avenue/Beltline Road and Saint Johns Road. Under the Intergovernmental Agreement, the Community will install, operate, and maintain street lights within County right-of-way on 51st Avenue/Beltline Road from Thadai Street to Saint Johns Road and on Saint Johns Road from Baguard Road to 51st Avenue. The Community is the lead agency for this project and will be responsible for design, construction, operation, and maintenance of all street lights installed. All costs associated with design, construction, operation, and on-going maintenance will be incurred by the Community. The County is not contributing financially to the project.
