ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT TO CITY OF TOLLESON FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ON MC85 BETWEEN 95TH AVENUE TO 75TH AVENUE Approve and execute an Assignment of Easement from Maricopa County to the City of Tolleson. The Assignment of Easement is for a Public Utility easement that was obtained by Maricopa County as part of Project No. TT0345 MC85 (95th Ave. to 75th Ave.). The project is a road widening improvement project in partnership with the City of Tolleson in accordance with an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Tolleson approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 6, 2016 and recorded in Maricopa County Records 2016-0243356. The construction of MC85 between 95th Avenue and 75th Avenue requires the relocation and undergrounding of various existing and new power and telecommunications utilities. Existing lines are located in existing 91st Avenue right of way and the original Public Utility easement. As this is a relocation of utility lines on property located in the City of Tolleson, the new Public Utility Easement is being assigned to the City for the permitting and placement of the underground utilities.
